To become the 2nd independent fund house to be listed on HK Stock Exchange (Value Partners was the 1st HK-listed fund house in 2007)
 

2020

Launched Foundation Global Income and Growth Fund and a UCITS fund.
Partnered with China Merchant Bank HK and China Construction Bank Securities as fund distributors and advisors. Foundation Global Income and Growth Fund was one of the only funds that recorded a positive return during the March 2020 COVID-19 bear market
 

2019

Launched Foundation China Equity Fund, a Hong Kong-domiciled version of our Flagship China Equity Strategy, seeded by ICBC (China’s largest bank)
 

2017

Won mainland China QDII mandate from China Credit Trust Co. Ltd (one of the top 3 trust companies in China with AUM of $250 billion yuan)
Appointed as an external asset manager (EAM) by UBS and Credit Suisse
Our Flagship China Equity Strategy won HFM Asia Hedge Fund Award 2017, and nominations from renowned AsiaHedge
AUM exceeded US$1 billion serving global investors

Demonstrated great downside protection during the Global Financial Crisis, beating market and most peers, lost 16.5% vs. Hang Seng Index -48%, Shanghai Comp -65% and S&P 500 -38%
